The Russian Anya grew up with her single mother Natalia Monzikova in Vologda. Her mom marries for the second time after her meeting with an American man who is on vacation in Moscow. She moved with her mom and step-dad to Fort Lauderdale in Florida when she was eight years old.
She started an relationship with director Josh Fritts in 2010 which lasts until present. The couple have an son who was born on 09-06-2014 in California.
She graduated at high school where she performed in the theatre group. She moved to Los Angeles after her graduation in order to pursue a career in acting. She found a place to live and studied film production and theater at the college. She started with auditions and it was not long before she becomes one of the Deal or No Deal beauties. She continued her education in acting by taking extensive acting classes to further her craft.
She's trained in wushu at the National Wushu Training Center and is also trained in straight sword and staff. She takes stunt classes so that she is able do her own stunts in action movies.

She made her action movie debut as Richie Rita in this action TV Series about the cases of the Florida police department's Crime Scene Investigations unit in ''CSI: Miami'' (2007).
She plays an beautiful woman in this story set in a futuristic world where humans live in isolation and interact through surrogate robots in ''Surrogates'' (2009). It's an ideal world where crime, pain, fear and consequences don't exist. FBI agent Greer (played by Bruce Willis) is forced to leave his home for the first time in years in order to investigate the murders of others surrogates. He discovers a vast conspiracy behind the surrogate phenomenon and must abandon his own surrogate because he is risking his life to unravel the mystery.
